Without a doubt the best meal I have had for a long time from start to finish. Great friendly staff and from Entre to Desert all I can say is faultless 👌🏻 For our Entres we had scollops and king prawns, for mains we had the Snapper and Beef Fillet and desert a Chocolate cake and a cheesecake. Highly recommend this place for a fine dining experience.

We had a lovely dinner here to celebrate my sons high school graduation. All of the staff were friendly and so attentive. One of the waiters brought a chair over for mums handbag! The wine list is extensive and brilliant and the food was so good. A highlight is having tiramisu served at the table and it was delicious too! I've dined here many times over the years and we are always so well looked after.

After a long day and several rejections from fully booked restaurants in Perth—quite unexpected for a Monday night in such a quiet city—we discovered Samuel, and it turned out to be an incredible dining experience! The front-of-house team was outstanding, providing exceptional service throughout the evening. We ordered the beef fillet, which was absolutely divine. Cooked to perfection at medium rare, it was incredibly tender and packed with a delightful combination of flavors. The dessert we chose was equally impressive, truly top-notch in quality. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with both the food and service, making Samuel a standout spot for dining in Perth.

Organized a belated birthday dinner here - had the 500gm scotch fillet and mint/pea risotto among others - but these were stand out dishes, the steak is as good, or better than other steak specialist restaurants in the area. Amazing, will return for sure.

The meal was so good. The salad was fresh, the prawns and the dressing was so delicious with the flavours going well together and the meat was cooked to perfection. The ambience was really relaxing.

We shared three smaller dishes between two of us, they were delightful. Staff were super friendly and the vibe was very chill yet popular. We would definitely come again to taste more of the dishes.

Had lunch here with my girl with bar menu which seemed disappointing at first as I was excpecting full lunch menu, but the burger was great and the cocktail tasted awesome. I topped it with pistachio tiramisu which was very soft and creamy 🥰 not something you can find anywhere easy.

Beautiful venue! The lighting etc makes it perfect for a date night. We went with two kids a birthday dinner and it was just perfect! The service was fab and Vanetta was a standout! She is just a wonderful person and was even kind to our children! Definitely a standout at the restaurant! The food was faultless too! Drinks were great however did take a while to arrive and my only comment is that when ordering a bottle the manager poured two full glasses as opposed to getting one of us to check the wine first. Never have I encountered this before when ordering a bottle of wine. Nevertheless it was a beautiful night out! The special birthday cupcake is also a very special touch! Pricey but I can't fault the service and food! Food pictured are the octopus, foccasia, crab linguine, beef fillet, pumpkin and feta, choc brownie and the pistachio tiramasu.

Only place we could get a large group in for dinner on short notice. I was a bit sceptical about it being a hotel restaurant as we generally don’t do them well here in WA. Can hands down say it was fantastic, food, service and drinks were all brilliant. Will definitely be back

Love the vibe, great for a date night or special celebration with a larger group of 10+ plenty of room, moody and simply romantic. The service was warm and welcoming. Professional and prompt. LOVEEEE the VEGETARIAN OPTIONS here, the flavours and quality did not disappoint. I recommend Samuels on Mill - bookings are recommended on weekends. Thanks teams, just lovely all round.
